How to Structure a Dissertation
In dissertation, its proper structure makes it appealing, which attracts the reader to read more with contentedly and happily while putting positive influence on professors; therefore, the structure of dissertation must be in proper format. However, the structure of dissertation is principally based on certain field of learning and requirements of the institution. In contrast, all dissertations start from standard structure of introduction and end with same standard of conclusion, but the body part of dissertation consists of some variations, that are determined according to the use of research approach, subject and institution requirement. The most fundamental structure and guidelines for dissertation writing can be as follows:
Title Page: Title page consists of dissertation title, name of student, field of study, institution or department name and year.
Table of Content: Table of contents shows the list of chapters, main headings and sub-headings along with page to understand and access easily to required page.
Acknowledgements: Acknowledgement consists of appreciative thoughts and recognizes the contribution of others such as supervisor, who helps in the accomplishment of dissertation.

Conclusion and Recommendation: Conclusion and recommendation sums up the major points along with future possibilities regarding research.
Appendix: Appendix consists of additional information within the context of topic of dissertation. Commonly, it consists of relevant charts, graphs, maps, letters, interviews, questionnaires, or case studies.
NOTE: In few dissertations, no sections or chapters might be required because of different nature of research topic and its requirements.
